Tips for a file that gets accepted
- A thin ball-pen signature at 600×200 is often only 6–8 KB; the tool raises it to around 900×300 to pass 10 KB.
- Do not sign in capital letters for IBPS/SBI.
- The signature should be horizontal and fill most of the frame.
Frequently asked questions
How do I resize a signature to 10-20 KB?
Select the signature photo above, choose SSC or IBPS/SBI and press the button. The download is between 10 and 20 KB.
Why does my signature become less than 10 KB?
A clean signature is mostly white paper, which compresses to very little. Larger pixels or a darker pen fix it; the tool enlarges the pixels for you.
What pixel size is the SSC signature?
SSC gives about 6.0 × 2.0 cm and 10–20 KB, not a pixel size. 3:1 shapes like 600×200 or 900×300 fit.
Is the IBPS 140×60 size compulsory?
IBPS calls 140×60 the preferred size. If you tick "Keep these exact pixels", the tool keeps 140×60 and tells you if 10 KB cannot be reached.
