SBI's detailed advertisement prints the same style of scanning guidelines as the banking CRP exams: four prepared images with fixed pixel and KB ranges.
Official size and format
PhotographJPG/JPEG, 200 x 230 pixels preferred (4.5 x 3.5 cm), 20-50 KB. Recent colour photo on a light background; keep about 8 copies of the same photo for later stages.
SignatureJPG/JPEG, 140 x 60 pixels preferred, 10-20 KB, black ink on white paper, not in capital letters. The exam-day signature must match it.
Left thumb impressionJPG/JPEG, 240 x 240 pixels (3 x 3 cm), 20-50 KB.
Handwritten declarationJPG/JPEG, 800 x 400 pixels (10 x 5 cm), 50-100 KB, own English handwriting.
How to prepare the files with PDF Saathi Hub
- Prepare the photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration on or from clean white paper.
- Crop each image in the Photo Editor.
- In Photo / Sign KB, set the KB and pixel values for each item as listed above and download the JPEGs.
- Upload them in the SBI application form and verify each preview before paying the fee.
The advertisement advises scanning at 200 DPI in true colour and cropping to the image edge. A signature in capital letters, or a declaration in another language or another person's handwriting, can invalidate the application.
