IBPS Clerk (CSA): photo and signature guide
CRP CSA (Customer Service Associate) notifications carry the same scanning guidelines annexure used across IBPS CRP exams: four prepared images and a live photo during registration.
How to prepare the files with PDF Saathi Hub
- Prepare the signature, thumb impression and declaration on white paper and scan or photograph them straight.
- Crop each one in the Photo Editor.
- In Photo / Sign KB, enter the KB range and pixel dimensions for each item and download the JPEGs.
- Upload them in the IBPS registration form and finish the live photo capture. Confirm the annexure of your CSA notification for any change.
IBPS uses the same scanning guidelines template across CRP exams, but your CSA notification is the final word. Check its scanning and upload annexure before preparing the files.
Note for this cycle
CSA recruitment happens almost every year and the annexure template has stayed stable, but open your own notification's scanning annexure once before preparing files, because IBPS can change a range between cycles.
Official sources
- IBPS website (notifications and application links)
- Scanning guidelines as printed in CRP PO/MT-XV, Annexure III (same template)
These rules change between recruitment years and notices. The current official notice and the upload screen of your form are the final word; this guide is only a helper, not an official recruitment page.
Frequently asked questions
Are IBPS Clerk photo rules the same as PO?
The scanning guidelines annexure is the same template across IBPS CRP exams: photo 200 x 230 px at 20-50 KB and signature 140 x 60 px at 10-20 KB. Verify in your own CSA notification.
Is there a live photo in the Clerk form too?
Yes, recent IBPS registrations capture a live photo through webcam or phone, and biometric data is verified at later stages.
Can someone else write my declaration?
No. The declaration must be in your own handwriting and in English, otherwise the application is invalid.
