IBPS PO: photo, signature, thumb and declaration guide

CRP PO/MT-XV (vacancies 2026-27) asks for four prepared images plus a live photo during registration. Prepare all four before you start the form.

Official size and format

PhotographJPG/JPEG, 200 x 230 pixels preferred (4.5 x 3.5 cm), 20-50 KB. Recent, colour, light background. A live photo is also captured by webcam or phone during registration.

SignatureJPG/JPEG, 140 x 60 pixels preferred, 10-20 KB. Black ink on white paper, not in capital letters.

Left thumb impressionJPG/JPEG, 240 x 240 pixels (3 x 3 cm), 20-50 KB, black or blue ink on white paper.

Handwritten declarationJPG/JPEG, 800 x 400 pixels (10 x 5 cm), 50-100 KB, in your own English handwriting, not in capital letters.

How to prepare the files with PDF Saathi Hub

Sign, press your thumb impression and write the declaration on separate clean white papers, then scan or photograph each straight.
Crop each image in the Photo Editor.
In Photo / Sign KB, set the KB range and pixel width and height for each item as listed above, then download the JPEGs.
Upload all four in the registration form and complete the live photo capture when prompted.

The declaration must be handwritten by you in English; typed or capital-letter declarations make the application invalid. Keep 8 copies of the same photo for later stages, as the notification advises.
