RRB Group D: photo and signature guide

The official FAQ for CEN 08/2024 (Group D) sets the photo at JPEG 50-100 KB and the signature at JPEG 30-50 KB. Match your own recruitment notice, because railway ranges change.

Do not apply the NTPC or ALP ranges to Group D. In the 2024-25 cycle alone, NTPC used 30-70 KB, Group D used 50-100 KB and ALP used 100-150 KB for photos.
