Dukan ka bill kaise banaye
A shop bill needs your shop details, the customer, the items with price, any tax that applies, and the total. The free Invoice Generator lets you fill these in, check a live preview and save the bill as a PDF. Your details stay on your device.
This tool is a document template, not accounting software or tax advice. You choose the right document type and tax rate. If you are GST registered, check the rules with your accountant.
Step by step
- Open Invoice Generator and choose a document type. There are 14, including GST tax invoice, bill of supply and quotation.
- Fill in your shop name and address, and your GSTIN only if you have one.
- Add the customer name and address, the bill number and the date.
- Add each item with quantity and rate. Rates are before tax. Choose the tax treatment for each item yourself, or "No tax".
- Add payment instructions or notes, such as UPI details or return terms.
- Check the live preview, then choose Print / Save PDF, pick "Save as PDF" and A4, and turn off browser headers and footers.
Which type should a small shop pick?
- If you charge GST, use a GST tax invoice.
- If you are under a scheme where you do not charge GST, a bill of supply does not charge GST.
- A quotation is a price offer, not a bill.
The tool does not decide this for you. It also does not create an e-invoice number (IRN), a signed QR code or a digital signature. If e-invoicing applies to you, complete it on the official e-Invoice portal.
Keep your data safe
Nothing is saved automatically and nothing is sent to a server. If you close or refresh the page, unsaved details are lost. Use "Download JSON backup" to continue later, and keep that file private.
